2. Cosmetic products — not medical products
The hair and scalp products sold on this site are cosmetic products. They are intended to cleanse, condition, and improve the appearance of hair and scalp.
They are not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including but not limited to androgenetic alopecia, alopecia areata, telogen effluvium, or any other medical cause of hair loss.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Hair loss can have medical causes. If your hair loss is sudden, patchy, accompanied by scalp pain, itching, scaling, or any other symptom, see a physician or a board-certified dermatologist. Do not substitute a cosmetic product for a medical evaluation.
Laser hair devices sold on this site, where offered, are regulated separately and carry their own manufacturer documentation, clearances, and warranty terms. Those documents govern those devices, not this notice.
3. Results and individual variation
Hair appearance responds differently in different people. Genetics, age, hormones, medication, nutrition, stress, styling history, and underlying medical conditions all affect outcomes. We do not promise, guarantee, or imply any specific result from any product sold on this site.
Where a product page or advertisement shows an image intended to represent a result, that image reflects one individual’s experience under that individual’s circumstances. It is not a representation of what any other person will achieve. Where we do not hold substantiation that a depicted result is typical, we do not present that image as a result at all.

We do not edit reviews to change their meaning. Where a reviewer received a product free, at a discount, or any other incentive, that connection is disclosed with the review. Where any person appearing in an image is not an actual customer, that is disclosed.

Prices are in United States dollars and are subject to change without notice.
