How long before I see anything?
Hair grows on a cycle. Nothing visible happens in the first month, no matter what device you buy. Most of this is measured in months, not weeks. That is why the tracker takes photos — change this slow is invisible day to day.
What if it stops working?
Every HairMax device carries a twelve-month manufacturer warranty against defects. A warranty card comes in the box — register it when it arrives. That takes two minutes and it is the difference between a phone call and a paperweight. That warranty is the manufacturer's. Ours is the six months on results, and they are separate things.
Why is this $849 when other devices are $199?
